Positivity Philosophy

Submitted by Liam on Tue, 10/21/2008 - 12:58

My Positivity Philosophy:

By Steps in Different Examples...

Step 1:Distract your self with the nearest thing, what ever fits you whether it be Music, Drawing, Chilling with Friends, Blogging, or all at the same time, which i do...
Step 2: Think about a positive outcome, and a benifit of this situation whether it be negative or even nuetral, such as... "this will only make me stronger", or "things can only get worse before better", so it gives you a reason to get through it...
Step 3: If it comes back Repeat steps One and Two...

For me, my struggle at the moment is my back, I will not go into much more detail as i am not exactly sure what it is m self, i have been told some posabilities though, anyways, i have used this method, and it works effectivly....

Before my back, it was more of a mental thin, or should i say emotional. For my parents had just split, my brother resorting to crime, my best influence gone to college, and at that not many friends to lean on...

What i did was this method, it took me a while to perfect it as well... But trust me it works, Depends on how big or bad or should i say negative the situation is, the worse it is the longer it takes to get out of, but that is why i have invented this thought process... If the situation is permenent, then just use this method over and over, it works for my back, because my back is permenatly like this unless i have dangerous inerventions...

But something such as a small situation that isnt permanent, then use this method until there is no more negativity coming from the situation...

I have more to come on this, for i am still only learning thes things, and developing them... Once i have perfected these thoughts, i will be back with more, trust me on that one...

,Liam
